1. What is a Memorandum of Understanding?

A Memorandum of Understanding or MOU is a short term agreement between the Association and the District regarding a contract issue jointly agreed upon outside of contract negotiations. The MOU was created by the joint calendar committee in an effort to conserve resources.

2. Does this mean that all conferences will be twelve hour days?
